The Brake-by-Wire Control System consists of an electronic control unit which monitors the brake pedal sensors and applies brake pressure via hydraulic valves. The Brake-by-Wire System utilizes shutoff valves and servo valves to control the hydraulic brakes. The electronics for the brake control, antiskid, and autobrake functions are combined into a single control unit in this system to control the servo valves.
