Goodrich Vehicle Health Systems come with Ground Station software that enables operators to manage their entire fleet as well as individual helicopters.
Within individual helicopters maintenance managers and platform managers can see the overall health of the aircraft, individual serialized parts, as well as individual bearings and gears within major assemblies. The maintainer can see the history of flight regime, usage hours, cycle times as well as flight manual exceedances experienced by components in determining maintenance requirements.
Goodrich’s ground station also utilizes standard interfaces to automatically exchange information with a customer’s maintenance management system, electronic techincal manuals, flight play back simulation and quality assurance systems. This capability allows fleet managers to see up to date, error free information about the health of his fleet assets, outstanding maintenance activities, and plan future maintenance activities around both expected usage forecasts and current condition of components. |
