The Goodrich Vehicle Health Management System is proven to save maintenance costs by reducing the number of functional check flights and component wear by keeping the overall aircraft vibration levels as low as possible. Our system recommends adjustments without the need to install special sensors, equipment and make special test flights. Our patented Rotor Balancing algorithms do not require a tracker so the system is able to continually assess aircraft vibration and compute maintenance actions that will minimize the vibration. No pilot intervention is required. When vibration becomes excessive the maintenance solution will already be available on the aircraft display or the ground station.
