Goodrich proximity sensor housings
are robust, hermetically sealed enclosures that have been proven to
perform in extreme aircraft environments. Goodrich offers two standard
types of connection to the aircraft wiring, using an integral sensor
connector or through pigtail terminations.
Goodrich has developed sensors (round or rectangular) and systems for aircraft manufacturers
for installation on ground spoilers, access doors and landing gear.
These designs have the flexibility to support various installations
with the minimum of sensor types and part numbers, typically one
or two part numbers for each aircraft type. Goodrich is committed
to developing the optimum suite of sensors to support varied applications
with the goal of maximum functionality and commonality.
